• PepsiCo Foundation ne ek million young women ko workplace ke liye zaruri life skills sikhane ke liye digital training course taiyar karne ke liye IYF ke sath partnership ki hai. 

· PepsiCo Foundation ne IYF mein $2.5 million invest kiye hain taki IYF ke existing, printed life skills curriculum, jise currently saari duniya mein classrooms aur workshops mein use kiya ja raha hai, ke mobile-first, game-based learning, digital version  Passport to Success® Traveler ko develop kiya jaye.

  • Partners non-governmental organizations aur nonprofits, public education organizations, aur directly naujawanon ke sath kaam kar rahe hain taki ek million young women aur girls ko 2025 tak curriculum access karne mein madad ki ja sake.

· 18-unit wale, 10 ghante ke online Passport to Success® Traveler curriculum ko 16-24 saal ki umr ke naujawanon ke liye taiyar kiya gaya hai, aur ye youth development ke liye holistic approach rakhta hai jis ka focus un skills ko sikhana hai jo naujawanon ko life ke saare areas mein fayeda de saken. Passport to Success® Traveler girls aur young women ko unki education continue karne, sustainable livelihoods kamane, aur workplace mein kaamyab hone mein madad karta hai.

  • Ye travel theme ka use karke in lessons ko sikhata hai aur skills ke liye local context aur relevance provide karta hai. Learners har manzil par ek naya life skill practice karte hue aur kisi growth industry mein entry-level job ko explore karte hue duniya ka safar karte hain.
  • Young women ko support karne ke liye training ko gender-smart design kiya gaya hai, iska matlab hai ki ye gender dynamics ka khyal rakhta hai aur female aur male participants ki needs ke differences ko dhyan mein rakhta hai.
